XPE SOUND INSUL 10MM 1 mtr wide(25M ROLL)

A 1 metre length of 1 metre wide 10mm thick Proshield. A major concern when using insulation and or a sound deadening product is finding one that won't cause long term damage to your vehicle or boat. Other products use open cell foam, cotton or hessian backed products which will absord moisture when condensation occurs. Proshield is impervious to water and makes an excellent moisture barrier preventing rust or corrosion from occouring due to moisture buildup.

Proshield is a crosslinked close cell foam with a heat laminated 9um Aluminium Foil Facing. It offers excellent insulation against heat transfer preventing 90% of heat transfer loss. Proshield meets the requirement of AS1530.3 for the building code of Australia. Proshield reduces and deadens transmissions of airborne and structual noise. Proshield has a wide performance range from minus eighty degrees celcius to one hundred degrees celcius. Proshield is easily installed being light and flexible and easy to cut on site with only a sharp knife.
