Are all Foamland’s in-store products available to purchase online?

Our most popular products are available for online purchase, however, not all lines are available from our website, so please call us in-store to find out if we stock what you’re after.

What payment methods are available?

We are able to accept payment via Credit and Debit card (Mastercard, Visa & American Express) as well as PayPal through our online store.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes. Please contact us with details of what you’re after and we can process your order and payment over the phone.

An item I want is listed as “out of stock”. How will I know when it’s in stock again?

Sometimes there is a delay in updating our online stock levels, so please call your closest store to check with our friendly staff if we have your desired item available for purchase.

Can I pick up my online order in-store?

Yes. Choose the “Pick-up in Store” delivery option when checking out and we will contact you as soon as your order is ready to be collected.

Do you ship Australia wide? Internationally?

We currently only ship to Australian states and territories.

How much does shipping cost? How is shipping calculated?

Shipping fees are determined by the weight and size of your order and will be calculated during the checkout process.

Our delivery partner is Australia Post, with standard and express delivery options available.

How long does delivery of my order take?

Delivery will generally take 1-5 business days dependent on where the package is being sent. Please see below for general Australia Post delivery times:

Standard Shipping
Within Tasmania – 1 to 2 business days (rural areas may be longer)
Australian Capital Cities – 4-6 business days

Express Shipping
Next business day to major metro and regional population centres.

Returns Policy

What is your returns/exchange policy?

We adhere to the ACCC policy in regards to returns, repair or replacement products.

We are happy to offer free repair, replacement or refund, but this is not applicable in all circumstances.

If you received your product in good condition but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it, we reserve the right to refuse a return, repair or replacement.

What happens if I receive damaged or faulty goods?

If you receive damaged or faulty goods from your online order, please notify us as soon as possible and we’ll arrange for return delivery and a replacement product to be sent out.
